Return Policy

All sales are FINAL and there are NO refunds or exchanges allowed on any grounds.

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc. 

As soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will lead to prosecution to the FULLEST extent of the law!

Shipping

It will normally take 3 to 7 business days for your order to be delivered after the order is processed. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. During Major Sales and Holiday times, orders may take up to 7 business days for orders to process. Recreated Hair is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays. If you have not received a shipping number after 2 business days please email us at recreatedhair@gmail.com. Be sure to check your spam email.

All paid shipping costs include insurance covering the full price of your order. Signature is required upon delivery of all shipments. Please refer to your tracking number to predict delivery day. Recreated Hair DOES NOT take responsibility for damaged, lost, stolen, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments. Please contact the carrier to submit a claim due to their negligence and failure to meet your expectation.

Payment Terms

Recreated Hair reserves the right to request additional payment and shipping verification after an order is submitted. We also reserve the right to cancel any order. 

Expenses associated with delayed or incorrect orders

Recreated Hair is not responsible for any hair appointment cancellation fees assessed by your Hair Stylist/Salon. We ask that you receive and confirm all items purchased before confirming any and all hair appointments. Recreated Hair is also not responsible for the installation of the products purchased on our website and stores.

Order Issues

All items are thoroughly inspected before it is sold. However, if you have received the wrong item you must notify us within 2 days after delivery via email at recreatedhair@gmail.com so that we can rectify the issue. The product must be unused/unworn and in its original condition and packaging as it was when shipped from us. Meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way. Original ties must remain in tact as it was received by the customer.

Do not return any products without emailed instruction to do so. All unauthorized returns will be discarded and no refund will be issued. 

Hair Care

When caring for our extensions, we recommend using products free of sulfates and parabens. Avoid gels or harsh products. A small amount of lightweight serum should be applied regularly. When hair is being shampooed avoid detangling in any way. After shampooing, rinse and apply conditioner. While the conditioner is on the hair, gently detangle the hair from ends to roots and allow to sit for 5 minutes before rinsing thoroughly. Always allow hair to air dry completely. Never go to sleep with wet hair! Our wavy hair should be gently detangled regularly using a wide tooth comb or wig brush, always starting from the ends. Our curly hair should only be detangled when wet with conditioner. When dry, curly hair should only be detangled using your fingers. Please handle lace products with extreme delicacy to prevent causing any tearing or holes. We recommend only allowing a licensed and experienced cosmetologist to color our products. We also recommend using a heat protectant before using hot tools and avoiding excessive heat. Hair should be thoroughly cleaned and dried before being installed or using any hot tools. Recreated Hair will not be responsible for any damages caused by improper care or over processing.

Undeliverable/Return to Sender Packages

If your package does not successfully deliver and is sent back to Recreated Hair, it is typically due to insufficient address information. Your package will be returned to us and “Returned to Sender” will be stated on your tracking information. This can happen if:
The shipping address does not exist
The shipping address is misspelled by the customer
The shipping address is missing information (i.e. apt/bldg/suite number)
The carrier is unable to safely deliver the package
The addressee has moved
The addressee has refused the package
The addressee missed the delivery
Returned to sender packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge and a $5 restocking fee. We are unable to replace or reship in these instances as all returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. Instead, please use the E-Gift Card to place a new order using the corrected address. However, please note that we do not guarantee your items will be in-stock at the time of your reorder.  We also do not guarantee that your item will be the same price as your original order.
Note: We are unable to make changes to orders that are placed on our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery. 

Limitation of Liability

Recreated Hair does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available after purchase. Recreated Hair will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Recreated Hair is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, Recreated Hair (and its affiliates) is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.
