Q: How long does shipping take?

A: It will normally take 3 to 7 business days. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. If you have not received a shipping number after 48 hours please email us at recreatedhair@gmail.com

Q: Can I cancel/change my order after the purchase?

A: Unfortunately once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled or changed.  Please review order details carefully before submitting an order.

Q. What happens if my package is lost/stolen?

A. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages. However, all packages include insurance. You must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Q. How many bundles will I need. 

A. For weave installs, lengths up to 18 inch require a minimum of 2 bundles. For lengths 20-24 inch a minimum of 3 bundles are needed. For lengths 26 inch and up, we recommend a minimum of 4 bundles. 

For extra full installs we recommend adding an additional bundle to what is recommended above. 

For wig construction, we always recommend a minimum of 3 bundles. More may be needed depending on your circumference and length desired.

Q. Is my personal information protected?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product.
